Wireless Data Collection using Tempurity™

The Networked Robotics Tempurity™ System uses standard wired and wireless networks to implement data collection.  With Tempurity all of your freezers will have standard network addresses.  Every freezer becomes part of your standard network and can be communicated to and managed via standard network commands.

The figure shows the method for establishing wireless data collection with Tempurity.  The system operates through standard, commonly available, and inexpensive wireless bridges like the Linksys® WET11.  In the figure wireless is enabled with a device labeled access point.  Access points and bridges are both acceptable for implementing wireless data collection.

Whether you want to collect and watch temperatures from your home or a cafe in Paris, we've created a system that allows you to do so.

Investigate the Possibilities of Wireless Temperature Monitoring

You can also receive alerts (Networked Robotics calls these "alarm notifications") of e-mail, cell phone text messages, or English voice when temperatures fall outside of the allowed range. In fact, the Tempurity temperature monitoring system alarm notification parameters are customizable from anywhere. You can:

  • Set up wireless alerts to be sent to cell phones by text message or voice
  • Determine who receives these alerts, for what alarm stage, and for what population of monitored devices

With a wireless monitoring system, you can stay on top of things all the time and move quickly to correct problems if they occur.  Now there's no reason not to know. Call Networked Robotics today.
